About Culturite
Culturite is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was founded on one conviction: strategies succeed only when culture shifts with them. Many organizations set bold ambitions but fall short because behaviors, mindsets, and systems don’t move in sync with strategy.
Why I Started Culturite
Hi, I’m Nahar Razak.
Over the years, I’ve worked with leaders in organizations large and small, from major transformation programs to fast-growing new ventures and corporate academies shaping leadership at scale. Across my experience, I saw that success in executing strategy often depended less on the plan itself and more on whether the culture shifted to support it.
To many leaders, culture can feel intangible and hard to grasp, something that you “hope for” rather than manage. But I have learned that even something as elusive as culture can be understood and shaped through a clear process.
Alongside this hands-on practice, my training in Organizational Psychology gave me a data-informed understanding of how people and organizations behave. It showed me that culture is not guesswork and that there are proven, evidence-based approaches for shifting mindsets and behaviors in ways that support performance.
That is why I put together the Culturite’s 5P Framework. It is a simple, structured way to navigate something that often feels elusive. The framework is intentionally universal, but the methods and tools within each phase are tuned specifically for culture work, blending scientific insight with practical application.
Culturite is the culmination of this journey, created to help leaders make culture as purposeful and manageable as strategy, so it truly becomes the engine of execution.
I hold a degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, complemented by over 35 years of experience across oil & gas, technology and telecommunications, property, and consulting. This combination of academic foundation and real-world practice shaped the Culturite approach to linking strategy, culture, and performance.
